help2man software package provides Automatic manpage generator, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install help2man
help2man is installed in your system.
Make ensure the help2man package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep help2man *
You will get with help2man package name, version, architecture and description in a table
